Paint Pike Purple Promenade

Safe Haven of Pike County staff took an afternoon stroll along Harford and Broad Street, donned in many different shades of purple on Oct 16. Safe Haven took the opportunity to thank residents and local businesses for wearing purple and supporting domestic peace in Pike County. Staff Haven staff unexpectedly met up with Ed Joyce and Ray Tonkin; they all stopped for a photograph. Safe Haven will be hosting their second annual Day of Dignity Open House on Oct. 30, from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Safe Haven office at 500 West Harford Street. Everyone in Pike County is invited to attend. All guests are requested to bring one non-perishable item for the Safe Haven Shelter.
