MILFORD The borough’s architectural review board Monday decided to seek funding from the borough council to hire a consultant to review the historic district ordinance and address areas not now adequately spelled out. These include policy for replacement of windows, materials in signs and adaptive re-use involving new architectural elements such as lighting and gutters. The window issue came up again Monday as Paul Brooks of Progressive Health reported that the 1830’s window style suggested by the board for his 4th Street project would cost him $12,000 more than a comparable newer style window.
