Pike builders install 2008 officers

MILFORD — The Pike County Builders Association (PCBA) held their 2008 Installation of Officers dinner on January 11th at the Laurel Villa Inn in Milford. The Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA) President Ray Fertig installed the 2008 PCBA President, Bob Pierce of Davis R Chant Realtors. Pierce has been attending Pennsylvania Builders Association meetings and will attend the 2008 National Association of Home Builders International Builders Show next month, Pierce served as Vice President and was on the board of directors of the association before becoming president. Fertig went on to install the following 2008 officers: First Vice President, David Farrington - Solution Pro, Second Vice President Paul Szostak - LTS Builders, Treasurer, Bill Zernhelt - Sussex Bank, and Secretary Bill Murray - Wayne Bank. The following were installed as the 2008 Board of Directors; Bob Tauss- Regent Homes; Len Crescimanno - Cresci Construction; Glenn Strys - Lords Valley Builders; Greg Vannatta - Vannatta Builders & Realty; Pete Helms - Joy Beck Builders, and Darren Lowell of First Horizon Home Loans. An award of Excellence was presented to Coulby Dunn owner of Mountain View Homes for his outstanding work as PCBA President for 2006 and 2007.
