of Judge Joseph Kameen Defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced on December 1 included: Jason Recino, 24, of Dingmans Ferry, who was charged with possession of drug paraphenalia in April in Matamoras. He was sentenced to serve one to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $300 fine. Erica Festa, 22, of Elizabeth, NJ, was charged with receiving stolen property in June in Blooming Grove and was sentenced to serve four to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $300 fine. Rodolfo Gonzalez, 41, of Greeley, who was charged with simple assault in April in Delaware Township, was sentenced to one year of probation and to pay a $1,500 fine. Eric Barden, 25, of Milford, who was charged with driving under the influence in September of last year in Blooming Grove, was sentenced to serve 60 days to 12 months in the Pike County Jail, pay a $500 fine and lose his license for one year. Mark Eichner, 18, of Shohola, who was charged with criminal mischief in February, in Westfall, was sentenced to one year of probation and directed to pay a $300 fine. Carlos Arrigo, 42, of Greentown, who was charged with criminal trespass and simple assault in March, in Greene Township, was sentenced to serve one to six months in the Pike County Jail and pay an $800 fine. Brian Scholla, 20, of Milford, who was charged with burglary and criminal mischief in March in Dingman Township, was sentenced to serve 11.5 to 23.5 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $300 fine. Scott Frick, 41, of Mount Pocono, who was charged with seven counts of being an accessory to fraud in April in Milford Borough, Milford, Blooming Grove and Westfall townships, was sentenced to serve three to six years in state prison and pay a $4,000 fine. Richard Shuleski, 41, of Greentown, who was charged the sexual abuse of children in November of last year in Greene Township, was sentenced to serve six months to two years in the Pike County Jail and pay a $500 fine.
