Pike County Court dispositions before Judge Joseph Kameen
Milford On July 26, defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included Timothy Culver, 20, of Goshen, N.Y., for a June, 2006 charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in Delaware, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution and was sentenced to serve two to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. Paul Kearney, 31, of Hawley, for a Sept. 2006 charge of driving under the influence in Palmyra, was fined $1,000, lost his license for 12 months, and was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail. Richard Flynn, 50, of Hawley, for Sept. 2006 charges including driving under the influence in Palmyra, was fined $1,525, lost his license for 12 months, and was sentenced to serve 30 days to six months in the Pike County Jail. Victor Mercado, 20, of Bushkill, for a May 2006 charge of possession of controlled substances with the intent to deliver, in Lehman, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve one to three years in state prison. Richard Kinney, 46, of Greentown, for an Oct. 2006 charge of simple assault, in Greene, was fined $1,000, and sentenced to serve two to 12 months in the Pike County Jail.
