    Milford — On July 26, defendants who earlier entered guilty pleas and were sentenced included • Timothy Culver, 20, of Goshen, N.Y., for a June, 2006 charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in Delaware, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution and was sentenced to serve two to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. • Paul Kearney, 31, of Hawley, for a Sept. 2006 charge of driving under the influence in Palmyra, was fined $1,000, lost his license for 12 months, and was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Richard Flynn, 50, of Hawley, for Sept. 2006 charges including driving under the influence in Palmyra, was fined $1,525, lost his license for 12 months, and was sentenced to serve 30 days to six months in the Pike County Jail. • Victor Mercado, 20, of Bushkill, for a May 2006 charge of possession of controlled substances with the intent to deliver, in Lehman, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve one to three years in state prison. • Richard Kinney, 46, of Greentown, for an Oct. 2006 charge of simple assault, in Greene, was fined $1,000, and sentenced to serve two to 12 months in the Pike County Jail.
