After having pleaded guilty at earlier dates the following people were sentenced on Jan. 26: Thomas Wilson, 48, of Lackawaxen, for an April 2005 charge of hindering apprehension and giving false reports, was sentenced to serve one year of probation and pay a $500 fine. Magdalena Harendza, 25, of Hawley, for May, 2005 charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and driving without a license, was sentenced to serve up to six months in the Pike County Jail, pay a $575 fine and lose her license for one year. Stuart Dooley, 50, of Dingmans Ferry, for July 2005 charges including driving under the influence and careless driving, was sentenced to serve up to six months in the Pike County Jail, pay a $1,000 fine and lose his license for one year. After having pleaded guilty at earlier dates the following people were sentenced on Feb. 2: Kathleen Biss, 49, of Clifton, N.J., for July, 2005 charges including driving under the influence , was sentenced to serve up to 18 months in the Pike County Jail, pay a $1,525 fine and lose her license for 18 months. Megan Durham, 20, of Sussex, N.J., for September, 2005 charges including receiving stolen property, was sentenced to serve up to 23 months in the Pike County Jail and pay a $700 fine. Nathan Manney, 23, of Paupack, for a June, 2005 charge of possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to serve up to one year in the Pike County Jail and pay a $600 fine. Ousmane Diallo, 19, a prisoner at the Pike County Jail, for a May, 2005 charge of aggrevated assault, was sentenced to serve a minimum of an additional nine months on his existing jail term. Ida Campfield, 43, of Narrowsburg, N.Y., for an August, 2005 charge of driving under the influence, was sentenced to serve up to 18 months in the Pike County Jail, pay a $1,500 fine and lose her license for 18 months. Anthony Glatz, 21, of Newfoundland, for an October,m 2005 charge of fleeing, was sentenced to serve up to one year in the Pike County Jail, pay a $400 fine and lose his license for one year. Edward Garcia, 43, of Bushkill, for October, 2003 charges including burglary, firearms possession, theft, unlawful restraint, terroristic threats, was sentenced to serve five to 10 years in state prison and pay a $1,200 fine. Ian Todd, 39, of Morristown, N.J., for April 2003 charges including indecent assault and corruption of minors, was sentenced to serve up to four years in the Pike County Jail and pay a $1,600 fine. Randy Lovelace, 25, of Matamoras, for June, 1997 and October 2004 charges of receiving stolen property and illegal possession of firearms, was sentenced to serve up to six years in state prison and pay a $1,000 fine. Louis Didonna, 26, a prisoner at Pike County Jail, for a June, 2005 charge of driving under the influence, was found guilty at trial earlier and sentenced to serve up to six months at the jail, pay a $1,000 fine and lose his license for one year.
