Planners have recommended a trade at the West Harford Street Xtra Mart, above. Owners will reduce and redesign their grandfathered, non-conforming signage. The Zoning Hearing Board will decide if they get a second, small wall sign in trade. Separately, (below) engineers are looking at a proposal to offset fences and shrubs at the tight corners of Milford’s alleys. The change would increase traffic safety on the 15’ alley right-of-ways.
