MILFORD - There’s a whole aquatic world living beneath the surface of a pond, just waiting to be discovered! A special program that teaches about pond life will be offered on Saturday, July 15, at 1 p.m., at Grey Towers National Historic Site, in Milford. The program, free and open to the public, is appropriate for all ages. USDA Forest Service staff will share information on turbidity, water quality, temperature and the biodiversity of pond life as participants explore the ponds located along Old Owego Turnpike.
