Dozens of fans traveled to Akron, Ohio, this past weekend in support of the Port Jervis Soap Box Derby local champs. The three boys raced their hearts out after a week of fun in Akron at the All-American Soap Box Derby. From the left in front: Michael Conklin, David Busch and Alec Martell made Port Jervis proud as they sped down the famous race hill on July 21. Their crowd of fans, all decked out in bright pink shirts, consisted of family, friends, Port Jervis Soapbox Committee members and other Port derby racers.
