Richard Matturri Jr., age 24 of Culvert Street, Port Jervis, N.Y. was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on Jan. 26 for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a violation. January 13 Justin Michael Hauser, age 23 of Cuddebackville, N.Y. was arrested on Ball Street and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 7, a misdemeanor. He was processed and held on Police Bail pending arraignment in City Court. Christopher Mayhook, age 41 of Montague, N.J. was arrested on East Main Street and charged with Harassment 2nd, a violation. He was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Jeanette Erika Rake, age 27 of Middletown, N.Y. was arrested at headquarters and charged on an Active Bench Warrant. She was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. January 14 Richard Gene Finan, age 23 of Hudson Street, Port Jervis, N.Y. was issued appearance tickets to appear in City Court for Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 2 and Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3. Karri Ann Munester, age 26 of Hammond Street, Port Jervis, N.Y. was arrested on James Street, Middletown, N.Y. and charged on an Active Bench Warrant. She was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Jill Dawn Howell, age 40 of Yulan, N.Y. was arrested at headquarters and charged on an Active Bench Warrant. He was also charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, also a violation. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. A 17-year-old Port Jervis male was arrested on Pike Street and charged with Petit Larceny and Possession of Stolen Property 5, both misdemeanors. He was processed and held on Police Bail pending arraignment in City Court. January 16 Daniel Spradling, age 25 of Maple Avenue. Port Jervis, N.Y. was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on Jan. 28 for Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3. John Long, age 39 of Huguenot, N.Y. was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on charges of Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3. An 18-year-old Huguenot male was arrested at headquarters and charged on an Active Bench Warrant. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. James Burt Brown Jr., age 19 of Huguenot, N.Y. was arrested on US Route 209 and charged on an Active Bench Warrant. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Rebecca Napier, age 20 of Cole Street, Port Jervis, N.Y. was arrested on Owen Street and charged on an Active Bench Warrant. She was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Douglas Robertson, age 35 of Kerhonkson, N.Y. was arrested at headquarters and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3 and Leaving the Scene of Accident, both misdemeanors.
