December 1 Jose Martinez, age 25, of Erie Street Port Jervis, N.Y. was arrested at headquarters and charged with Assault 3rd, a misdemeanor. He was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Christian Alexander Mabee, age 29, of Berme Road Port Jervis, was arrested on Pike Street and charged with Harassment 2nd, a violation. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. December 2 Carl Mohan, age 26, of Yulan, N.Y. was issued an appearance ticket for Suspended Registration. He was scheduled to appear in Court on Dec. 8. Robby Gillian, age 38, of Grandview Ave. Port Jervis, N.Y. was arrested on Grandview Ave. and charged on an Active Bench Warrant. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Heidi Patricia Dunn, 21, of Matamoras, was arrested on W. Main Street and charged with Criminal Mischief 4, a misdemeanor. She was processed and released and was scheduled to appear in Court on Dec. 3. Vanessa Gail Cavalone, age 24, of Ball Street Port Jervis, was arrested on Pike Street and charged with Assault 2, a felony and Possession of a Weapon, a misdemeanor. She was processed and held on Cash bail pending arraignment in City Court. December 3 A 17 year-old City of Port Jervis male was arrested at headquarters on an Active Bench Warrant. She was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Joseph Henry, age 39, of Cuddebackville, N.Y. was arrested at headquarters on an Active Bench Warrant. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Douglas Murphy, age 19, was arrested on Brown Street and charged with Possession of Stolen Property 5, a misdemeanor. He was also charged with Disorderly Conduct, a violation. He was processed and held on $500 Cash Bail. Philip Cavalone, age 52, of Ball Street, Port Jervis, was arrested at headquarters and charged with Aggravated Harassment 2, a misdemeanor. He was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Ricky Allen Ackerly, age 23, of Ball Street, Port Jervis, was arrested on Front Street and charged with Harassment 2nd, a violation. He was processed and released for a court date of Dec. 15. December 4 Gerald Harden, age 29 of Orange Street, Port Jervis, N.Y. was arrested at headquarters and charged with possession of Stolen Property 4, a felony. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Melissa Nearing, age 24, of Milford, was arrested on Water Street and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 2, a violation. She was processed and released with a future date of Jan. 19 to appear in City Court. Christina Hagner, age 25, of Pike Street, Port Jervis, was arrested on Pike Street and charged on an Active Bench Warrant. She was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Antonio Brinson, age 24, of Mill Street, Port Jervis, N.Y. was arrested on Jersey Avenue and charged on Another Agency Warrant. He was processed and later turned over to Nassau County Police. Three 18-year-old males from Godefroy, N.Y. were arrested on Laurel Grove Road and charged with Possession of Marihuana 5, a misdemeanor. They were processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. December 5 Ronald Brown, age 55, of Clark Road, Eldred, N.Y. was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on charges of Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3, a misdemeanor. Lawrence Havens, age 40, of Mary Street, Port Jervis, was arrested on Pike Street and charged with Loitering, a violation. He was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Ralph Conklin III, age 20, of West Main Street Port Jervis, was arrested at headquarters and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a misdemeanor. He was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Christina Boyce, age 37, of Hammond Street Port Jervis, was arrested on Ulster Place and charged with an Active Bench Warrant. She was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. December 6 Kevin Ventrice, age 22, of Elizabeth Street Port Jervis, was issued an appearance ticket for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a violation. December 7 Joel Larkin, age 30, of Main Street, Cuddebackville, was arrested on Pike Street and charged with Harassment 2nd, a violation. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. December 8 Robert Ackerley, age 24, of Ball Street Port Jervis, was arrested on Ball Street and charged with Assault 3rd, a misdemeanor. He was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. December 10 Paul Kevin Dennison, age 24, of Elizabeth Street, Port Jervis, was arrested on East Main Street and charged on an Active Bench Warrant. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Steven Virgil, age 54, of Jersey Avenue, Port Jervis, was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on Jan. 8 for Open Container, a violation. Charles Anthony Parachini, age 20, of Front Street Port Jervis, was arrested at headquarters and charged with Harassment 2nd, a violation. He was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. December 13 Julio Cardenas, age 55 of Center Street, Port Jervis, was issued an appearance ticket for Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 2. He is scheduled to appear in Court at a later date. Ricky Allen Ackerley, age 23 of Ball Street Port Jervis, was arrested on Spring Street and charged with Trespassing, a violation. He was scheduled to appear in City Court on Dec. 14. December 14 Robert Medwin Ackerley Jr., age 24 of Ball Street Port Jervis, was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on Jan. 8 for Open Container, a violation. December 15 Christopher Frank Smith, age 22 of Culvert Street Port Jervis, was issued an appearance ticket for Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 2 and Noise Ordinance, a violation. He is scheduled to appear in City Court on Jan. 14. Ramon Hommy Hernandez, age 30 of Pennsylvania Aveneue, Matamoras, was arrested at headquarters and charged with Fleeing from Police, a misdemeanor. He was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Wilfred Jackson, age 53 of Mountain Ave. Port Jervis, was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court for Open Container, a violation. He is scheduled to appear in City Court on Jan. 8. December 16 Peter Robb, age 37 of Walden, N.Y. was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on Jan. 12 for Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3.
