December 28 A 16 year old Port Jervis, N.Y. male was arrested on Lumber Street and charged with Harassment 2nd, a violation. He was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Dawn Hovencamp, age 45, of Sparrowbush, N.Y., was arrested on Park Avenue and charged with D.W.I. and Under Influence of Alcohol , both misdemeanors. She was also charged with Failure to Keep Right. She was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. December 29 Adam Corey Ellson, age 24, of Spring Street Port Jervis, was arrested on Orange Street and charged on an Active Bench Warrant. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Damian Rivera, age 32, of Hammond Street, Port Jervis, N.Y. was arrested on Hammond Street and charged on an Active Bench Warrant. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. December 30 Michele June Jashembowski, age 30, of Cuddebackville, N.Y., was arrested at headquarters and charged with petit larceny, a misdemeanor. She was processed and released with a future date of Jan. 12 to appear in City Court. December 31 Kyle Duffy, age 22, of Rock Avenue, Callicoon, N.Y., was arrested on Pike Street and charged with Public Lewdness, a misdemeanor. He was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. An 18-year-old Port Jervis female was arrested on Pike Street and charged with public lewdness, a misdemeanor. She was processed and released with a future date of Jan. 5 to appear in City Court. January 1 Michael David Wright, age 36, of Vernon, N.J., was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on Jan. 12 for Disorderly Conduct, a violation. Richard Raymond Conklin, age 67, of Jersey Avenue, Port Jervis, was arrested on Orchard Street. and charged with Criminal Mischief 4, a misdemeanor. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Angela Sherri Berry, age 31, of Catskill, N.Y., was arrested on Pike Street and charged on an Active Bench Warrant. She was also charged on Other Agency Warrant. She was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. January 2 Darrell Thomas Ozello, age 25 of Elizabeth Street, Port Jervis, was arrested on Elizabeth Street and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Farrell Paul Haggerty, age 42, of Westervelt Avenue, Staten Island, N.Y., was arrested on Pike Street and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 3 and Sale of a Controlled Substance 3, both felony charges. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. January 3 Ralph Spindell, age 38, of Eldred, N.Y., was arrested on Hammond Street and charged on an Active Bench Warrant. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court.
