A 20-year-old Port Jervis female was arrested on East Main Street and charged with Suspended Registration and Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3. She was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. March 4 Damian Rivera, age 32 of Port Jervis, was arrested on Hammond Street and charged with Harassment 2nd, a violation. March 5 Christopher Michael Greve, age 29 of Bloomingburg, N.Y., was arrested at headquarters and charged on an Active Bench Warrant. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Kevin Burke age 26 of Dingmans Ferry, was arrested at headquarters and held pending arraignment on an Active Bench Warrant. A 16-year-old Port Jervis male was arrested at headquarters and held for Sexual Misconduct, a violation and was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. March 11 A 16-year-old Port Jervis male was arrested on Elizabeth Street for Assault 2 a felony and Possession of a Weapon 4, a misdemeanor. He was processed and held pending arraignment in City Court. Jean Marie Brady, age 31 of Front Street Port Jervis, was arrested on Front Street and charged with Criminal Contempt 2, a misdemeanor. She was processed and released with a future date to appear in City Court. Frank A. Lopez-Cedena, age 41 of Hudson Street Port Jervis, was issued an appearance ticket for Open Container, a violation. Dawn M. Allen, age 34 of Hammond Street Port Jervis, was arrested on West Main Street and charged with Equipment Violation and Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3.
