Realtors announces employee honors

    Scotrun - Realtors and employees of Wilkins & Associates Real Estate celebrated a record year in 2005 and looked forward to another exceptional year in 2006 at the annual awards breakfast January 19 at Caesars Brookdale Resort. “The awards breakfast is a time that we stop and recognize all the agents and staff and thank them for their job as individuals and members of the company,” says President Thomas R. Wilkins. Two new offices opened in historic Milford and Mountainhome and for the first time in company history, Wilkins & Associates paid more than $4 million in commissions to its agents. Wilkins’ Controller Rosemarie Lobe-Waller of Brodheadsville was honored as Employee of the Year. She said she was shocked when her name was announced. “I enjoy all the aspects of the job,” she says. “It’s very diversified. Working at Wilkins & Associates has been great for me,” she said. .Sacci opened the breakfast by telling about the first company dinner, when Wilkins & Associates had a staff of only seven and Tom invited his mother to fill out the table of eight. “We now fill an entire night club,” Sacci remarked, and Tom’s mom still attends. Those honored included: the top salesperson of the year: Carl Mauer, who sold $23 million in real estate, the outstanding salespersons: Stroudsburg - Susan Marshall; Mount. Pocono - Kathy Caponigro; Bushkill - Carl Maurer and Jeff Serowick; Tannersville - Tracey Scofield and Susan Hannig; and West End - Sylwia Michiewicz. The rookies of the year were: Stroudsburg - Joanne Transue and Alicia Krach; Mt. Poc. - Stephanie Abuiso; Bushkill - Jeff Serowick and Linda Beyens; West End - Pamela Sayer; Dingmans - Deborah Toumey & Mary Beth Aun; and Milford - William “Beaux” Amant . The top “10” in sales were: Carl Maurer, Brian Ellis, Kathleen Caponigro, Susan Marshall, Jeff Serowick, Lynn Wilklow, Anthony Lorie, Jane Sumner, Tracey Scofield, Sylwia Michiewicz. Honored for most converted referral sales: Stroudsburg - Susan Marshall and in Bushkill - Carl Maurer, while the leader in most converted rebate sales was Anthony Lorie in Stroudsburg. Certificates of achievement went to : Stroudsburg - Tad Dudzinski; Mount Pocono - Diane Schepp and Candice Liu; Bushkill - Jane Dashine and Jim Ritter; Tannersville - Elba Rayburn; West End - Nancy Rojas; Dingmans - Susan Gorman; and Milford - Tanisha Torres.
