Republicans ready for elections

LACKAWAXEN — Opting to join forces and host one event as opposed to four separate affairs, the Committee to Elect Fitzpatrick, Schroeder, Tonkin and Gilpin joined forces for a fund raising rally at the Lackawaxen House earlier this fall. The event, supported the candidacies of: Denise Fitzpatrick for Prothonotary, Clerk of Courts, and Clerk of the Orphan’s Court; Ray Tonkin for county district attorney; Sharon Schroeder for Recorder of Deeds and Register of Wills; and John Gilpin for county treasurer. State representative Mike Peifer and state senator Lisa Baker were on hand to address the room packed with Republican supporters from across the county.
