River council to meet

NARROWSBURG, N.Y — The Upper Delaware Council will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, April 3, at the UDC office located at 211 Bridge Street, Narrowsburg, N.Y., beginning at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will include reports from state and federal member agencies and staff.
