Noah Willis, 10, is pictured shoveling out the walkway in front of his house on Broad Street last Saturday. Winter struck its snowiest blow as it was leaving the building, dumping up to 16 inches of snow on March 16 and 17. Pike County firefighters reported responding to eight traffic accidents over the period.
