The Milford Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Festival of lights Sunday, highlighted by the lighting of the borough tree on the lawn of the Community House. The clear night and freshly fallen snow tempted about 200 people to appear to drink cocoa, eat cookies, listen to the Dingman Delaware Elementary School Chorus and, as 5 year-old James Nathan did, visit with Santa Claus.
