Smokefree Water Wheel

MILFORD — The Water Wheel Café-Bakery-Bar joins other local businesses that have voluntarily eliminated secondhand smoke exposure for their employees and customers. Twenty-three states have passed smoke-free laws prohibiting smoking in public places and work places. Pennsylvania has not yet taken this step.
