Baseball and softball leagues open registration

— The Delaware Valley Youth Sports League is providing Cal Ripken Baseball and Babe Ruth Softball, the largest leagues in the tristate area.
While games will be competitive, with small rosters, there's an appropriate balance between “instructional” and “competitive." Everyone will have the opportunity to improve, particularly at practice. Players play in the division suited to their ability, not restricted by age.
A 25 percent discount is offered for multi-children families.
Age and registration feesThe cost of Cal Ripken Baseball Divisions is $80 per player.
Recommended age range:
Majors: May 1, 2004 — April 30, 2006
Minors: May 1, 2006 — April 30, 2008
Rookies: May 1, 2008 — April 30, 2010
T Ball: May 1, 2010 — April 30, 2013
The cost of Babe Ruth Softball Divisions is $80 per player.
Recommended age range:
Majors: May 1, 2004 — April 30, 2007
Minors: May 1, 2007 — April 30, 2010
The cost of Babe Ruth Baseball Division is $100 per player.
Recommended age range:
13-15 year olds: May 1, 2001 — April 30, 2004
Age recommendations are suggested by Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken. If your child plays at a higher level, they are able to play up.
Birth dates prior to May 1, 2004, are not eligible to play Babe Ruth Softball or Cal Ripken Baseball
Multi-child discount within a league or across leagues are accepted. A 25 percent discount will be applied.
TryoutsTryouts are required for any player new to Cal Ripken baseball Minor and Major Divisions, Babe Ruth Baseball and Babe Ruth Softball Major Division (new to the League or moving up into a new division).
