Lady Warriors strike down Lady Preppers on volleyball court

MILFORD — Delaware Valley High School defeated MMI Preparatory School (Mining & Mechanical Institute) in girls varsity volleyball on Monday, Oct. 23.
The Delaware Valley Lady Warriors won in three sets played, by the scores 25-10, 25-14, and 25-13.
Delaware Valley's Brooke Williams had 12 kills and 6 service points. Emily Anderson had 10 kills and Centa Quinn had 6 kills with 3 blocks for Delaware Valley. Evie Kelly had 17 service points and 6 aces for Delaware Valley.
Delaware Valley Warriors season record so far is 15-1.
Delaware Valley won the PIAA District 2 AAAA League Championship with a perfect 17-0 record in 2016. This season the Lady Warriors are again playing well and are on track to make it to the playoffs.
Delaware Valley High School hosted the teams.
