Norma Bernstock of Milford and Michael Adsit of Dingmans Ferry rode 45 miles and 70 miles, respectively, in the Philadelphia LiveStrong Challenge. Together, they raised over $1,600 for the Lance Armstrong Foundation; one of many goals of the foundation is to inspire and empower people with cancer. Adsit is a 5-year cancer survivor who is now training to race in the 2007 National Senior Olympics in Louisville, Kentucky. (Contributed photo)
