WESTFALL - On March 28, the Delaware Valley Boys and Girls Track and Field team had their first home meet. The contest against Wallenpaupack ended in a tight loss for the boys with a score of 76-74, while the girls team won, emerging over twenty points better than their Buckhorn competitors, 86-63. Coach Nicholas Barbieri commented on the boys loss saying that, “if there was any year to beat them, this was the year, so it is disheartening.” Barbieri added that Wallenpaupack is the best team in league. The team next lines up against North Pocono on April 11 at Warrior Stadium.
