Milford. Delaware Valley High School senior swimmer Shannon Deignan has signed with Hartwick College-Division III. She is a captain on the team and a state qualifier. She also is a member of the track and field team. Shannon is a member of National Honor Society, Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), and the student council, and is the sports editor for her high school newspaper. She plans on majoring in nursing. She is the daughter of Lawrence and Karen Deignan of Milford.
