Ski Big Bear plans Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend

LACKAWAXEN — Ski, snowboard and tubing hours for Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend, Jan. 14 to 6, at Ski Big Bear at Masthope Mountain are as follows:
Saturday, Jan. 14, skiing and snowboarding will be available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tubing will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday, Jan. 15, skiing and snowboarding will be available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tubing will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday, Jan. 16, skiing and snowboarding will be available from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tubing will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Weekend/holiday rates will be in effect,
"Our annual Young Life group is expected to arrive at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 14," according to the resort. "The Young Life group is polite and fun but large in number and has been skiing with us on MLK weekend for over 12 years. Although the weekend will be busy with the general public, we provide this information as a courtesy if you wish to avoid the group."
