WESTFALL - The Delaware Valley High School boys tennis team was shut-out by Wallenpaupack on Monday, 0-5. This marks the third shut-out in a row, and bring the boys’ record to two wins and nine loses. The Warriors didn’t win a single set in the contest, but they remained in high spirits. Anthony Barrele, one of the few returning varsity players to the team this year, states that “this has been a really tough season, but we are having fun nonetheless. We’re young, but we’re improving.” Such signs of improvements are seen in their two back to back wins which came much later in their season. The team was scheduled to play their final game on Thursday.
