The cars are the stars at 'Cruise in the Park'

DINGMAN TOWNSHIP — Car aficionados got a chance to see some amazing vehicles on a recent sunny afternoon, when the second annual "Cruise in the Park" coasted into Dingman Township Park on Log Tavern Road.
This year's show attracted many more participants and visitors than last year's. They mingled among the customized rides on display, enjoyed barbecue served up by the Delaware Football League, and listened to live bands, including CBX, Clutch 22, Lenny Miller, Whiskey Crossing, and Chris Raabe. The musical acts were organized by Robert Scotti and Dawn Goebel of Dingmans Ferry.
The car show is a fundraiser for American Legion Post 139 in Milford. It's organized by the Dingman Township Parks Department to raise awareness of the park and bring the community together. The park contains a playground, baseball diamonds, a football field, a concession stand/restroom facility, and jogging and walking trails.
