St. Patrick's Day raffle trip to Ireland

Milford — For $10 a raffle ticket, you can win a trip to Ireland for two, including airfare and six days at the five-star Shelbourne Dublin Renaissance Hotel, Ireland’s most magnificent hotel. This is a fundraiser for the Milford Enhancement Committee, which has recently completed the beautiful streetscape on East Harford Street with street lamps, pavements, and newly planted trees. The raffle will be drawn at the Best St. Patrick’s Day Party, held in Milford on Tuesday, March 17, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Laurel Villa Country Inn. The party will include hors d’oeuvres, cash bar, and a wonderful Sing-Along accompanied on the keyboard by Ray Weeks. In addition, there will be contests for the “Greenest-Dressed,” and the best limerick. Admission tickets are $20 per person. The $10 raffle tickets for the trip to Ireland are on sale at Davis R.
