HARRISBURG — State Rep. John Siptroth, D-Monroe/Pike, said Wednesday that $1 million in Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program funding will be released to the Pike County Library System for the construction of a library and headquarters. This was the grant for which a borough endorsement was sought last week. “I look forward to seeing this project completed so that local residents can benefit from the numerous services... at the new facility,” Siptroth said.
