Strong women site leader training candidates sought

MILFORD StrongWomen is an evidence-based strength-training program developed by Tufts University for mid-life and older women that improves strength, bone density, stamina, mood and sleep and weight. Pike County Cooperative Extension is looking for volunteers that would like to be trained to lead groups in the Pike County area. A Site Leader Training is schedule for Tuesday, April 21 in Pittston, and it is preferable that at least two people from an area are trained to work as a team in leading classes.
