MILFORD — Vice chairman Kevin Stroyan will chair the Milford Borough Architectural Review Board through the last three months of this year. Chairing her last meeting Monday evening, Beth Kelley said she was confident in the future of the often times controversial panel which monitors construction in the borough’s historic business. Solicitor John Klemeyer kidded her, saying that there were a number of people both for and against the district when it began. “During your tenure, they’ve now switched sides.” “I’m outta here,” Kelley said at the final gavel. Borough Council President Matthew Osterberg said a new panel member would not be chosen until January. Following an unusually quiet session, Stroyan said he did not anticipate any controversial issues before year’s end. He said the panel would chose its next chair when it is back at full strength. Stroyan, who already chairs Milford Township’s Planning Commission, is Pike County coroner and did not rule out seeking the post himself.
