Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation probed a mailed toxic agent threat at the Pike County Courthouse Tuesday. Sheriff Phil Bueki said a letter received at the Prothonotary’s office prompted the 11:30 a.m. evacuation of the building. Bueki said county Emergency Management Coordinator Roger Maltby, the FBI, and a hazardous materials contractor were notified. The building was deemed safe again by late afternoon. Bueki said no further details of the FBI investigation are available. Evacuated attorneys D.
