DINGMANS FERRY — A Lehman Township man that police call the trigger man in a robbery-murder in Pike County last summer has been returned to Pennsylvania to face charges. Police say Marquis Keeys, 19, shot and killed a retired corrections officer, Barry Rose at his Saw Creek Estates home during a robbery attempt in August. Two other men, Justin Culver and Cameron Harinarain have already been charged for their roles in the killing and are imprisoned awaiting further court action. Keeys was arrested at a hideout in the Bronx, N.Y. in October. He was held by New York authorities for over a month pending extradition. He was returned to Pike County late Monday afternoon. He faces murder, burglary and robbery charges. Keeys was arraigned before Magistrate Stephen McBride and was remanded to the Pike County Jail. He will appear at a preliminary hearing before Magistrate Alan Cooper on Nov. 28.
