Thanks for the holiday help

The Marine Corps League Post 909 would like to thank all those who made their “Toys For Pike County Kids” drive a success this holiday season. Because of the generous outpouring of both the businesses and people in the community, they were able to help 178 families as well as a number of individuals with toys or clothing. An extra special thanks goes to Tina Spencer of the Marine Corps League and Christine Obser, director of Pike County Human Development, who worked tirelessly to plan and coordinate the drive as well as distribute the donated toys and clothing equitably.
