MILFORD - On Nov. 2, defendants who earlier pleased guilty and were sentenced included: Walter Haas, 56, of Shohola, for a Feb. 2006 charge of driving under the influence in Shohola Township, was fined $1,500, lost his license for 18 months, and was sentenced to serve 90 days to 18 months in the Pike County Jail. Renee A. Dazi, 42, of Milford, for a March 2006 charge of driving under the influence in Milford Borough, was fined $1,800, had driving privileges revoked for one year and was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Pike County Jail. Neil DeRosa, 21, of Bushkill, for a Sept. 2005 charge of possession of a controlled substance in Lehman Township, was fined $1,250 and sentenced to one year of probation. Terrance Lovelace, 46, of Matamoras, for May charges of delivery of controlled substances in Westfall, was fined $1,000, and sentenced to serve one to two years in the Pike County Jail. Santo Gramando, 45, of Dingmans Ferry, for Oct. 2005 charges of criminal trespass and making terroristic threats in Delaware Township, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to serve 90 days to two years in the Pike County Jail. Dustin Gramando, 19, of Wharton N.J., for an Oct. 2005 charge of defiant trespass in Delaware Township, was fined $400, ordered to make restitution, and sentenced to one year of probation. Keith Panowicz, 19, of Patterson, N.J., for May 2005 charges including theft and possession of a small amount of marijuana in Dingman Township, was fined $600, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to one to three years in state prison. Paul Mulholland, 34, of Lake Ariel, for May 1999 charges of defiant trespass, loitering, prowling at night and harassment in Lackawaxen Township, was fined $800, sentenced to serve three to six months in the Pike County Jail. Christopher Sierra, 19, of Bushkill, for Jan. 2006 charges of criminal mischief in Matamoras Borough, was fined $300, ordered to make restitution and sentenced to one year of probation. Paul Scarbaci, 41, of Princeton, N.J., for a March 2006 charge of criminal conspiracy in Westfall Township, was fined $500, and sentenced to serve 11 to 23 months in the Pike County jail. Scott Scheurmann, 33, of Tafton, for an Oct. 2005 charge of driving under the influence in Blooming Grove Township, was fined $2,700, lost his license for 18 months and was sentenced to serve one to two years in the Pike County Jail. John Brannigan, 50, of Honesdale, for an Apr. 2006 charge of theft in Milford Borough, was fined $500, ordered to make restitution and was sentenced to serve four to 12 months in the Pike County Jail. Joseph Marino, 38, of Greentown, for an Apr. 2006 charge of corruption of minors in Greene Township, was fined $600, and sentenced to serve 14 months to four years in state prison. James Singer, 23, of Honesdale, for Apr. 2006 charges including criminal conspiracy and theft of a motor vehicle in various Pike and Wayne townships, was fined $800, ordered to make restitution, and sentenced to serve 15 to 48 months in state prison. Robert Fedkenheuer, 51, of Dingmans Ferry, for Oct. 2005 charges of delivery of controlled substances in Delaware Township, was fined $1,000, and sentenced to serve two to five years in state prison.
