Milford – It’s time again for Survivors’ Resources, Inc. annual Geranium Flower Sale fundraiser. They are asking help to raise money in order to offer their services without cost to both victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Survivors’ Resources is the only crisis intervention center in Pike County. This effort is also a way to create community awareness that violence in any form will not be tolerated in Pike County or elsewhere. The geraniums are being sold for $3.50 each or 3 for $10. The colors available are red, white and salmon. Advance order forms are available at the office or you may telephone them at 570-296-2827 with your order. Advance order forms must be returned to the office by the due date of Apr. 26. Please make payment at the time the order forms are submitted, as they have no way to backtrack to collect funds. Flower orders may be picked up on Saturday, May 12 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Survivors’ Resources office - 500 West Harford Street, Milford.
