Milford — Following some mild debate with the developer about the volume of firefighting water storage needed, the Milford Township Supervisors approved installation details for an 8,000 water tank Monday, that will protect a builder’s sales office/model home at Milford Highlands. Installation was delayed after some corrosion was discovered, but a consultant for developer Dominick Bradlee said the tank could be quickly sealed and recertified. The agreement will allow Bradlee to move ahead with the installation, with details formalized for the project’s complete 48,000 gallon storage plan in a joint supervisors/planning commission meeting, on April 16. Bradlee and the township still need to agree on a redesign for the development at the school bus stop, off Old Milford Road.
