Vanneman becomes accredited buyer rep

Bushkill - Maureen Vanneman has successfully completed the course to become an accredited buyer representative (ABR), announces Wilkins & Associates Real Estate Inc. Vice President/General Manager Dominick J. Sacci. Before joining Wilkins & Associates last August, Maureen was a senior vice president/ senior project manager at Bank of America, where she worked for 23 years. She and her husband, Charlie, are both members of Wilkins’ Bushkill office Originally from Baltimore, Md., Vanneman graduated from Loyola Weekend College for Women in Baltimore with a BS in Information Systems Technology. She also received a Certificate of Merit Award for Centurions of Technical Excellence from the US Black & Hispanic Engineer and Information Technologies Magazine for Women of Color. Vanneman is a member of the New York Business and Professional Women’s Association, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the Pocono Mountains Association of Realtors. She is a member of the Executive Women’s Golf Association and serves on the Architecture Committee of Toll Brothers at Country Club of the Poconos. “Maureen is working on exciting new programs with us,” says Senior Vice President Yarrow A.
