Wilkins blood drive a success

BUSHKILL — The Bushkill office of Wilkins & Associates Real Estate held its first blood drive earlier this month and “We hit our goal,” said Lynn Wilklow, Assistant VP/Sales Manager. “We had a very good turnout,” said Wilklow, with Wilkins agents and people in the community donating blood to the Northeast Pennsylvania Blood Services Region. “The Wilkins team pulled together and the community really supported the event, all for a good cause,” said Wilklow. The Bushkill blood drive helped boost blood supplies needed by area hospitals. Throughout the country, a blood transfusion is required every two seconds.
