A snow plow (top) is pictured as it made its way down U.S. Route 6/209, following last Friday’s dose of wintry weather. The Delaware Valley School District had its first two-hour delay of the year. While early January’s balmy weather has departed, Wednesday (bottom) was pleasant enough to bring Erika Stavinau, of Poughkeepsie, N.Y. and Erika Bell of Greenville, N.Y., into Milford with the kids for lunch, strolling, and some shopping. Following Friday’s predicted deep freeze, forecasters are calling for a cold, gray weekend, with a chance of snow showers. (Photos by Nick Troiano and David Hulse)
