Woman charged in shooting

BUSHKILL — State police said a 50 year-old Pine Ridge Community resident remained in the intensive care unit after surgery at the Pocono Medical Center, recovering from a gun shot wound in the chest, suffered early Sunday. On Sunday evening police arrested and charged Deborah Ann OConnor, 50, who shares the residence at 1251 Pine Ridge, with the victim, Willie Harper Jr. Magisterial District Judge Stephen McBride issued the warrant of arrest and Pine Ridge Security assisted in police in OConnor’s evening arrest at the community. She is being held at the Pike County Jail.
