Wood Festival perfect place for builders

MILFORD The Pike County Builders Association participated in the recent Festival of Wood at Grey Towers. The Association provided exhibit booths including: Brick House Gardens, Cresci Construction, Gumble Brothers, Hogan Homes, an association booth and The Cabinet Shop. Each company demonstrated how they used wood in their business. Gumble Brothers helped children and adults make their own birdhouses and the PCBA gave away educational books on how to build a home along with hardhats and crayons. Hogan Homes and Cresci Construction showed how homes are built while The Cabinet Shop exhibited kitchen cabinets and countertops. Brick House Gardens had an array of different trees, shrubs, and plants for your landscaping needs along with different types of mulch and each plant’s history of how it pertains to building and the green aspect of your landscaping needs. The Association had Pike’s Bob The Builder as an added attraction for the children. The Pike County Builders Association is a professional organization of people in the building trades and related industries, this year celebrating their 30th anniversary.
