Wood joins Ruffino Real Estate

Milford — Vanessa Wood, a five-year real estate professional, has joined Weichert, Realtors® - Ruffino Real Estate. Owner/Realtor Donna Ruffino welcomed the residential specialist saying, “Vanessa’s credentials and enthusiasm combine to make her a natural addition to our top-notch team of professionals.” Wood brings not only five years overall experience to the agency, but a background as a financial advisor (Citi, Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch) and she is a licensed insurance agent, both of which expand her expertise and enable her to be of considerable assistance to clients in areas related to real estate. She is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and has been active as a member of Realty Executives of the Treasure Coast, Palm City, Florida, as well as Green Edge New York City, and Greenpeace. Prior to relocating to Dingman’s Ferry, Wood lived in Jensen Beach, Florida, where she worked for another franchise office. She earned bachelor’s degrees in international affairs and political science from Florida State University. She also holds a drafting/ architect certification and is credentialed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as a securities agent and investment advisor.
