County library design

To the editor: Pike County officials might be interested in the Chester Township, N.J. library experience. The town is similar to Milford in many respects. During the 90’s, a new library was constructed using a contemporary design. The recent expansion included an overhaul of the exterior appearance to make it more in keeping with the architecture of the town. Jim Bois Hemlock Farms
