Creative Delaware Valley students

To the editor: Delaware Valley School District has plenty of exceptionally creative students! Congratulations to all of the DV teams that competed on March 3 at the Northeastern Pennsylvania Odyssey of the Mind Competition at Abington Heights High School. Delaware Valley swept the competition and placed first in every problem in every division that they competed in! All 4 High School teams came in 1st place with one of these teams getting a Ranatra Fusca Award for extreme creativity. Out of 20 teams 14 are advancing to the state level in April in Altoona. Hopefully with continued success they will be on their way to Michigan to compete in the World’s Finals in May. Thanks to all the coaches for all their dedication and to the school district for providing this great program! Terry Balton Milford
