We are all in danger because of this inept President

To the Editor:
I am watching in horror as the House Science Committee holds a hearing where there is a panel of three climate deniers and one actual scientist chosen from the over 97 percent who believe climate change is real and is caused by humans. I do not know who put this committee together, but it is a sham, an embarrassment, and typical of Trump's administration.
If 97 percent of scientists said a bridge was unsafe, would you drive over it? I think not. I find it ironic that they said Obamacare had "death panels" while this administration is aiming to strip healthcare, food for seniors, help for disabled kids, clean air and water, safe food, safe workplaces, while encouraging coal and pipeline polluters (follow the money) and deregulation of Big Business, Big Oil, Big Banks, Big Pharma, all to pay for what? A billions-of-dollars hate wall? So Melania can sleep far away from her husband? More military when we can already destroy the planet many times over? So Trump can play golf? (up to 11 trips I believe after criticizing Obama for his time off).
What is going on? What will it take for a Republican to stand up to this insanity and be a hero? The job is open.
In the meantime, I hope everyone is calling their representatives to let them know we are all in danger because of this inept President, the Republicans who must be afraid for their jobs, and the Big Oil, Big Bank, Big Pharma and foreign cronies working with them.
