Where's our letter?

To the editor: I am writing in response to a letter from Robert Ramagosa which appeared in the 1/4/08 edition. This is the second letter Mr. Ramagosa wrote regarding traffic which was detoured through Sunrise Lake without the permission of the owners of this community. Mr. Ramagosa is seeking a “thank you” for allowing traffic to come through this community for a few hours. I too am seeking something - answers. As dues-paying owner and resident in Sunrise Lake, I would like to know why the residents of Sunrise Lake continue to pay for service we do not receive? I would like to know why my deed states that Sunrise Ventures agrees to provide and maintain amenities in my community (swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, playground and baseball field) and none of these amenities are currently operational. I would like to know why Mr. Ramagosa refuses to address the concerns of the residents of this community but he has to time to write not one but two letters to PennDOT? I would like to know why Mr. Ramagosa continues to further develop this community and create more contracts with future buyers when he has clearly breached contracts with many of the current owners in Sunrise Lake? I would like to know why there is no security in our community because, we are told, there is no money for this service but there is plenty of money for Sunrise Ventures to construct a new entranceway in order to achieve a town-required permit from PennDOT to further develop the community? How can that be when there is no money to maintain the amenities and no money for the security and safety of the residents who already reside in this community and pay annual dues? It is my hope that Robert Ramagosa can, once again, find the time to write a letter and address these questions. I, as well as many Sunrise Lake residents, am quite eager to see his response.
