Log Tavern participates in the Milford Farmers Market and is located nearby. Brews include an orange creamsicle pale ale named Dreamsiiickle, and Promised Land Logger. Snacks are always available. Leashed dogs are allowed in the beer garden or the pavilion. Events include live music, trivia nights, open mic nights and food trucks.

Backroad features brick oven pizza and lots of snacks, plus a kid’s menu. Events include live music, line dancing and karaoke nights. The brewery is located on 13-acres of farmland in Milford and is dog-friendly outside. Current beers include Pike’s Pick Lager, a blueberry shandy, a white peach hard cider, and Hawks Nest Haze IPA. The brewery is open 12-10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, 12-8 p.m. Sundays and Wednesdays, and 12-9 p.m. Thursdays.

Jam Room Brewing

When five friends decided to open a brewery in a repurposed rehearsal space, the natural choice of a name was Jam Room and the natural choice of a slogan was “Pouring the Soundtrack of Our Lives.” They also provide a soundtrack of local musicians and music trivia nights. The “Sound Bites” menu includes sandwiches, salads, gourmet burgers and special mac and cheese creations. They also prepare doggie bowls and food for takeout. The winery produces small-batch wines and offers tastings in a restored historic property with indoor and outdoor seating. In addition to wine tastings, visitors can attend seasonal events throughout the year. The winery is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m.-6 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
